Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

- Marianne Williamson quoted by Nelson Mandela in his inaugural address

As humans we share a common dilemma – we desire to grow and change and at the same time we seem to fear change and take every opportunity to sabotage it. This paradox describes the process of change itself – the push-pull between our desire and our fears.

Humans are creatures of habit and we sacrifice our uniqueness and our spirit for security. This is because we have never been taught that true security is to be found by aligning with the process of life itself, which is change.

The place of change is always the unknown. The place of stuckness that precedes it is called the impasse. The impasse is the doorway to change. The feeling of the impasse is the feeling of not knowing where to go, not knowing what to trust. It is a feeling of great discomfort, even of despair, and so we do everything in our power to avoid confronting it.

As individuals, partners, families and groups, one of our chief ways to avoid the discomfort of the impasse is called the “rev” of energy.

That is anything and everything we do so as not to feel the pain of our lack of fulfillment. This includes depression, anxiety, and all of our addictive patterns. We fear our life force, we fear our potential, and it appears that we fear happiness itself, replacing it with drama.

What provides the critical mass to move us through the impasse joyously into the unknown, and thereby into our own evolution? Knowledge alone is not enough. Patternshifting is a system that is based on the simple formula that when you change one part of a pattern then the entire structure must shift. Patternshifting provides tools for transforming fear, doubt, insecurity and rage from enemies to allies, thus finding the energy for transformation to the light hidden within our shadow itself. Patternshifting illuminates how within your nonproductive patterns of pain, the desire for life and change have always been present. This is called the creative point of neutrality from which everything is possible.

Pattern shifting is about how non-productive patterns are the underlying cause of all addictions. We live in an addictive society, whether it is food, shopping, tv, sex, drugs etc.

Pattern/shifting is designed for those who life is impacted by non-productive patterns
and dependences. Combining shamanic ceremonies and techniques and Gestalt to get underneath non-productive patterns and discover what happened long before the behaviour appeared.

Pattern/shifting offers a step by step approach to reveal the patterns that cause us pain. Learn tools that help you bring more joy into your life and allow you to become the Master of Change, now.
